ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a seasoned People Partner to support two high-growth projects — mETH and Function. This role sits at the intersection of people's strategy and people's operations — partnering closely with leadership to drive organization design, talent effectiveness, and equitable compensation frameworks across distributed teams.

You'll act as the go-to advisor on people's matters: from workforce planning and performance calibration, to the rollout of compensation structures, benefits harmonization, and equity programs.
